I will use the results to influence how many of the bots have -so, which bots have -so, and which bots do not have -so. REMEMBER: You can change your vote at any time by retracting it! You may also post any arguments for/against switch mode in this thread, so post a reason if you want to, but you don't have to

I totally understand the point of only having the DOPEHOSTNOOB bot have the -so option, but alas, since we haven't been able to implement the rank limit of 4.0 to join the PROS games it really renders the non -so option moot.
Noobs are still joining the games and leaving in record numbers! We need a switch option because sadly pwning the other team into a bloody pulp usually means your score doesn't get counted due to leavers.
So in a long winded fashion I'm giving 2 thumbs up for the -so option to be added to the other 2 bots.

While switch can balance a game due to pubscrub leavers, it often just switches the imbalance from team a to team b. See example below
Team A is raping Team B Team B has two leavers Team B takes leaver items then asks for switch Team A gives one of their people(Fed or not fed, doesn't matter) Team B has three people stacked w/ two leaver's worth of items(even if only ~2k from each leaver, this is still signifigant.) And they now take away a player from Team A Team A is now fucked.
Only in like 10-15% of the games that I've had a switch, was it used in a fair and balanced matter, you can't trust pubs to keep the items on a leaver when they're going to switch them over, they care about winning not a fair game. If it wasn't for dishonost pubs I would like it on the bots, but thanks to pubscrubs, I vote against for now.

Wow! i totally agree with both of rcd and trav's point of view's.
I must say one thing that pisses me off in a non -so game, is that when u get done owning the nubs and 1-2 of them leave it starts a chain reaction when they find out -so aint on.
Now, proly the only thing that pisses me off more then that is when we give them one of our guys and the tables turn immediatly. Because of the extra player they get with the extra leavers items and gold.
I'v made my choice and im going to have to vote for -so

There really isn't any wrong or right decision, it's really up to the player to decide whither or not switch should be implied since it is ultimately the people who type -ok agrees to that switch. So I guess it is good to have the option to switch since people usually leave early game. Nevertheless, it is really just up to the players.

At the moment, I still stand by my own reasons for disliking switch mode. However, I am only one vote in this case and I will, of course, follow what the majority votes. After more votes have been received, I will take the results and begin making any due rearrangements to the bots.
